The Museo Picasso Málaga is going to close 2023 beating the record number of visitors in its history.
The Picasso Museum Malaga has received 779,279 visitors this year, which is 21% more than in 2022 and exceeds by 8% the record number of visits that the art gallery reached in 2019.

The year of Picasso is coming to an end, a year in which the 50th anniversary of the death of the painter from Malaga has been commemorated and numerous activities, exhibitions and conferences on his figure have been held all over the world.
Eight works by Picasso painted between 1901 and 1953 have been captured in color on 15,000 square coins minted in silver by the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre, a collection that has been presented at the Reina Sofía Museum before going on sale on December 5.
