On the occasion of the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the death of Pablo Picasso, Rafael Inglada, researcher of Picasso's life and work, publishes in 2023 Pablo Picasso. A book of conversations, from the publishing house Cántico, an insight into the creative and complex mind of the artist.

With more than three years of dedication to this work, Inglada presents the most extensive collection to date of interviews and conversations with Picasso, many of which are unknown to the Spanish public. The author highlights Picasso's reluctance to grant interviews, being always reluctant to discuss his work, and the work is completed with more informal conversations with friends, revealing unpublished aspects of his personality.

The work reveals a man full of humor and irony, showing his different facets according to the context: from the reserve in formal interviews to the expansion of his personality among close friends. Through the preambles of the interviews, intimate details are provided about the artist's home and studio, his clothing and daily attitudes.

Conversations taken from newspapers and magazines are published for the first time in Spanish, in French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch and Polish. Among them are Picasso's conversations with his dealer and publisher Kahnweiler, which had never before been published in Spanish.
