Continuing with the series of conferences that the museum has been organising for years, which bring together specialists from different disciplines related to the field of culture to discuss a new theme at each event, this year's edition will be dedicated to the work of the Malaga-born artist.

To this end, the event will be attended by the heads of the different Picasso museums, as well as other important institutions linked in some way to the figure of the painter, in order to delve into and debate different aspects of the painter's artistic and life trajectory. The aim is therefore not only to offer new perspectives on Picasso's work, but also to vindicate and highlight the role of museums as centres of documentation and research, and their relations and exchanges with different institutions.
