The Paris of the Moderns 1905 - 1925

Throughout the first quarter of the 20th century, Paris continued to attract artists from all over the world and was a hotbed of tremendous cultural influence. Our panorama of this Paris of the Moderns begins in 1905 with the scandal of the «Fauvist» artists at the Salon d’Automne and ends with the Exposition des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes of 1925. Through fashion, cinema, photography, painting, sculpture, drawing but also dance, design, architecture and industry embodying this modernity at work, the exhibition will give to live and see the crazy creativity of these years 1905-1925, during which, Pablo Picasso played a major role.
